Jimmy Jammed: New problems for the Cleveland Browns owner

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

New problems for the owner of the Browns.

Jimmy Haslam's Pilot Flying J scandal is hitting closer to home.  A Columbus trucking company is suing Pilot -- the company owned by Browns owner Jimmy Haslam.

The suit claims that FST Express lost more than $75,000 in a rebate scheme.

FST had done business with Pilot Flying J for more than a decade.

The suit means the Columbus trucking company will not be part of a class-action settlement that has gained preliminary approval from a federal judge in Arkansas.

In a statement, FST Express says it opted out of the proposed settlement because there are serious questions about whether the settlement provides sufficient benefits to Pilot customers who have been harmed by the rebate scheme.

Seven members of Haslam's sales team at Pilot have pled guilty to federal charges.

It was back on April 15 that federal agents raided Pilot Flying J's headquarters in Knoxville, TN.

The FBI is continuing it's investigation.
