LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Lexington couple was charged with public intoxication after an incident at a restaurant in Prospect.

According to arrest reports, Kimberly D. Bradley, 43, and Rodney G. Bradley, 44, contacted Prospect police hysterically Tuesday night to report that their Chrysler had been stolen from the parking lot outside Bistro 42 on Timber Ridge Drive. Police determined the couple had, in fact, arrived at the restaurant in their Dodge Durango.

Officers said the Bradleys were visibly under the influence of alcohol and admitted having had several drinks with dinner. Portable breathalyzer tests confirmed high levels of alcohol in their systems, the arrest reports state.
