Kevin Love led the way with a game-high 33, and Corey Brewer added 27, as the T-Wolves built up an early lead, and then cruised in the second half.
Kyrie Irving took a Corey Brewer elbow to the face late in the first quarter, and went to the locker room for X-rays, but the results were negative, and Irving did return, scoring a team-high 20 for the Cavaliers.
The loss leaves the Cavs 3-6 overall, with all six of those losses coming on the road.
