AAA gives tips for holiday travel

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - AAA Representative Traci Lawrence says the peak times for Thanksgiving travelers on the road will be on Wednesday afternoon.

Lawrence says people getting off work tend to leave a little early and people getting in for the holidays could cause congestion on the roads. She suggests you leave early on Tuesday to avoid the hustle if you can.
