Teen killed when car crashed into UPS truck identified

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A Louisville teenager has been identified as the person killed when a UPS truck was hit by a car Monday night.

The Jefferson County Coroner's Office says Kendall Daub, 19, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash in the 4000 block of South 3rd Street. She died of multiple injuries.

Police said Daub was a passenger in a Chevrolet Impala that ran a stop sign and slammed into the UPS truck at 10:49 p.m. Monday. Both drivers had to be rescued from the vehicles. Both of them suffered non-life-threatening injuries. A third person in the Impala was not hurt.
