EUCLID, OH (WOIO) -

A woman has now been indicted for hitting and killing a pedestrian as she drove through Euclid on Halloween night.

Anne Medzi has been indicted for aggravated vehicular homicide and failure to stop after an accident.

The accident killed Anthony Simpson, 22, as he was crossing Lakeshore in the 24400 block with his girlfriend. The girlfriend was not hurt.

Records show Medzi caused the accident, drove away, then drove back and asked a police officer how she could get around the accident scene so she could get home.

Euclid Police recently filed one charge, but now a grand jury has filed more.
