Woman sought in gun theft

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, OH (WOIO) -

The Jackson Township Police Department Detective Bureau conducted an investigation into merchandise and firearms stolen from two local retailers using fraudulent checks.

The incidents occurred between November 23, 2013 and December 5, 2013. Five firearms were listed as stolen as a result of the theft.

Jackson Township Police Department has identified all three suspects  involved and made two arrests; Jaymei P. Peterson and Quenel D. Hines, both of Canton.

A warrant was issued for the third suspect, Launadica M.G. Britton of Canton.

Jackson Police were also able to recover four of the five guns that were stolen.
