Body from car found in Lake Erie Identified

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has confirmed the identity of the man found in a car that was submerged in Lake Erie. 

The victim, 38-year-old Lothario Julius Duckworth, was found in a white sedan under about six feet of water near the boat ramp at Wildwood Park in Cleveland. 

Dispatchers received a 911 call around 11 a.m. Thursday. Duckworth was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Cleveland Metropark Rangers are investigating, but cannot confirm if it is a homicide at the moment.
