Fugitive wanted for armed robbery believed to be hiding in Cleveland

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Ward Fisher.

Fisher is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and Cuyahoga Metro Housing Authority for robbery with a fire arm.  It is alleged that on November 13, Fisher entered a residence on Mount Carmel Road and robbed a man at gunpoint.  Fisher stole a gun and $400 dollars in cash that was in the residence. During the robbery, Fisher pointed the stolen gun at the man and pulled the trigger, however the stolen gun failed to fire.  Fisher fled after the crime. 

Fisher is a 25-year-old black man standing approximately 6'04" and weighing 234 pounds.  He has black hair and brown eyes.  Fisher is believed to be hiding somewhere in Cleveland.  He also has a previous address near the 400 block of Girard Drive in Cleveland.
