Couple steals shopping carts full of clothing from Gabriel Brothers

WICKLIFFE, OH (WOIO) -

Police are looking for the man and woman who took two shopping carts worth of clothing from the Wickliffe Gabriel Brothers.

The theft happened on Christmas Eve around 4:30 p.m.

The suspects were stopped by a loss prevention officer, and a struggle ensued between the male suspect and the officer. The female entered a maroon Dodge or Chrysler minivan, and attempted run the loss prevention officer down. The two suspects then fled in the van.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Wickliffe Police Department at 440-943-1234.
