Deadly shooting on Cleveland's east side

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Cleveland Police say the last murder of 2013 happened around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 6700 block of Bayliss Avenue.

Officers were called to the area for a report of shots fired. When Officers arrived, they found a man on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds.

EMS pronounced the victim dead at the scene. His name is not yet being released.

The Cleveland Division of Police is asking that anyone with information in c/w this incident to contact the Homicide Unit at 216.623.5464. Anonymous information can be given to Crime Stoppers by calling 216.252.7463 or Text messaging to Text TIP657 plus your message to Crimes (274637).
