Cleveland Browns tie for NFL lead with five All-Pro selections

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon, offensive tackle Joe Thomas, cornerback Joe Haden, center Alex Mack and safety T.J. Ward have been named to the Associated Press 2013 NFL All-Pro team.

Gordon and Thomas were first-team selections, while Haden, Mack and Ward were named to the second team. The AP All-Pro team is selected by a national panel of 50 media members.

The Browns tied for first in the NFL with five All-Pro selections (Kansas City and San Francisco), which also tied for the most selections in team history. In 1953, Cleveland also had five AP All-Pros in Len Ford, Frank Gatski, Otto Graham, Lou Groza and Bill Wills, each of whom were later enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.  

In 2013, the Browns had six players either earn All-Pro or Pro Bowl honors. Ward, a Pro Bowl alternate, was named All-Pro. Tight end Jordan Cameron was a Pro Bowler, but left off the All-Pro list.
