Cleveland: More red light, speed cameras to be activated

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

New red light and speed on green photo enforcement cameras have been placed in the City of Cleveland at the intersections listed below and will become operational on February 6.

Warning notices may be issued to motorists beginning on January 23.

The new locations for the photo enforcement sites are as follows:

  • Orange Avenue at E. 30th St
  • Kinsman Road at E. 93rd St
  • Pearl Road at Denison Avenue
  • Puritas Avenue at W. 150th St
  • St. Clair Avenue at E. 55th St

In addition, the following will be active locations for the City's Portable Camera Units (PCUs) from Monday, January 6 to Monday, January, 20:

  • 888 E. 140th St
  • 3219 Detroit Ave
  • 2641 North Moreland Blvd
  • 6793 Franklin Ave
  • 1580 W. 25th St
  • State Road and Germaine
  • Rocky River and Maplewood Avenue
  • 4050 Block of Superior Ave
  • 3241 W. 65th St
  • 4312 Lee Road
  • 2300 St. Clair
  • 7200 Block of Bessemer Ave
  • 17700 Block of Euclid Ave
  • 5301 Lorain Ave
  • 9270 Denison Ave
