CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Three men have been indicted for aggravated murder and 35 other charges. The charges are related to a series of hold-ups at businesses.

Victor Flourney, Deshawn Terrell and Shawntez Giles have been indicted. Records show last July, they took part in the murder of Mohammad Ismail at Biggie's Food Mart and Gas Station on East 55th and Cedar in Cleveland.

In the days before, they are accused of holding up Danzey's Discount, Jack Spratt's Pizza and a Family Dollar store.

Police say while all three are charged with murder, only one of the three have been charged with the other three robberies.

The indictment also includes weapons charges.
