Police identify body found inside Hamilton Dumpster

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) -

Authorities have identified the body found Monday inside of a recycling Dumpster as a 44-year-old homeless man from College Corner, Ohio.

The body of Maxemillian Demorrow was found in the 200 block of Ludlow Street around 12:30 p.m. Detectives said he was homeless at the time and using the Dumpster as a shelter from the elements. His last known address was Indiana Street in College Corner.

Investigators did not suspect his death to be from foul play.

The cause of death is pending toxicology results from the Butler County Coroner's Office.
