Four flu-related deaths reported in Cuyahoga County

CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH (WOIO) -

A 19 Action News Health Alert in Cuyahoga County.

According to the Board of Health, four flu-related deaths occurred from December 29 to January 4.

19 Action News has learned two victims are between 45 to 64-years-old, one victim is between 65 to 74-years-old and one victim is between 75 to 84-years-old.

No word on the victims identities at this time.

Also, there were 291 confirmed flu-related hospitalizations since December 1 with 190 occurring over the past three weeks.
