Armed fugitive believed to be hiding in Cleveland or Garfield Heights

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Daniel Austin.

Austin is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms for being a felon in possession of a firearm. It is alleged that back in last July, Austin was pulled over by Cleveland Police and was found to be in possession of a handgun. The case was taken over by the ATF and Austin was indicted federally on July 24th, 2013.

Austin is a 33-year-old black man standing approximately 5'09" and weighing 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Austin is believed to be hiding in the area of Quincy and E. 50th in Cleveland or somewhere in Garfield Heights. He also has a previous address near the 2800 block of E. 130th. in Cleveland.
