19-year-old found dead and frozen

Posted: Updated:
WILLOUGHBY HILLS, OH (WOIO) -

Willoughby Hills Police are waiting for an autopsy to determine the cause of death for a teenager found dead outside his house in his vehicle.

Police say Andrew Norris, 19, was found dead on Thursday afternoon by a relative. He had not been seen since Tuesday.

Police tell 19 Action News Norris had been outside in the driveway in his truck, and police say they were told he frequently sat out there and talked to friends.

His parents say they had not reason to worry because they had been told he was going to stay with a friend.

Police do not believe he had any significant issues with drugs. There was also no evidence of drug use found in the truck.
