HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) -

Hamilton Police said Thursday they've arrested a babysitter who is accused of raping a 5-year-old boy at a residence in the 600 block of Gordon Smith Boulevard.

Police said Moises Ortiz-Hernandez, 27, of Hamilton, was babysitting his girlfriend's three children (a 5-year-old boy and two girls, ages 3 and 4).

When the mother returned home, she found Ortiz-Hernandez in the residence engaged in an oral sex act with the boy.

Ortiz-Hernandez took off running but then returned to the apartment building where police detained him.

Police have charged Ortiz-Hernandez with rape, a first degree felony.

Police were called to the residence around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.
