LaQuinton Ross put in 17 points and Lenzelle Smith, Jr. scored 16 to lead Ohio State to a 67-49 rout of Purdue on Saturday night in Columbus. The game was Smith, Jr's 100th of his career.
Ohio State lead by six at the break, but Purdue did not go quietly after that. Terone Johnson's three pointer with 9:22 to play in the game trimmed the Buckeye lead to 48-45. However, the Buckeyes responded with a 12-2 run, and then went on to get the blow out win.
The Buckeyes have now won three games in a row after dropping five of six.
