Former Henderson mayor charged with impersonating police officer

The former mayor of Henderson has been charged with impersonating a police officer.

Kentucky State Police say Tom Davis was served a summons around 7:00 on Friday night.

He is accused of confronting Robert Frederick and Neil Hall at a restaurant on Hwy 41 back in September.

The two men told troopers Davis made them believe he was a police officer and requested their ID's.

Davis is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
