Gas prices in Cleveland area close to 20 cents higher than national average

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Gas prices are up nearly 10.0 cents per gallon in the Cleveland area for Monday, Feb. 10, 2014.

You will be looking to pay an average of $3.41 per gallon of gas. 

GasBuddy surveyed close to 850 fueling stations in Cleveland on Sunday, Feb. 9. 

The national average is only up less than two cents (1.6), making the average national gallon of gas just $3.28.

This represents a 26.8 cent decline from 2013. 

That said, the prices in Cleveland are 17.0 cents lower than this same time last year, and unchanged from last month.
