TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Deitrekk Boone is back in Toledo.

Boone is one of five men accused of robbing and killing local gym owner Joe Lengel back in November 2012, then going on the run for more than a year.

In December, U.S. Marshals found Boone in Houston, TX and arrested him. He has finally returned to Toledo and is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday morning.

Boone is facing several charges, including aggravated murder and aggravated robbery.

Police say Lengel showed up to open the gym early that morning when five men, including Boone, attempted to rob him. The robbery somehow went wrong, and Lengel ended up shot.
