Jackson Township resident injured in home invasion

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, OH (WOIO) -

Four people were arrested Friday morning after an armed robbery at a home.

This happened just before 8:00 a.m. in the 5100 block of Konen Avenue NW in Jackson Township.

Three men and one juvenile entered the home armed with handguns.  The men assaulted the home owner and held him against his will and demanded money.  

The four suspects fled with items of a small monetary value.  The suspects fled in a stolen motor vehicle, taken from the Columbus area, were encountered by responding officers at Konen south of Kennebuck.  

Three of the suspects were taken into custody, one fled on foot.  Four handguns were recovered.  

The fourth suspect was taken into custody at 10:47 am, at Traphagen and Erie Street, NW, following a traffic stop. 

The four adults were booked into the Stark County Jail and the juvenile was booked into the Faircrest Attention Center.

Police say the suspects are Joshua Jordan, 18, Keelon Willis, 18, Omar Malik Wiley Ndoye, 18, and a 16-year-old male from Columbus.

This is a joint investigation between Jackson Township Police, Metro Narcotics Unit and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force.
