ANCHORAGE, Alaska, Feb. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- As a 26-year sponsor of the Iditarod, Millennium Alaskan Hotel Anchorage is excited to announce the menu for the Iditarod's first Musher to the Yukon award. This unique award is given to the first musher that crosses the Yukon Territory which will be held in Ruby this year.
A lavish five-course dinner with wine and champagne pairings will be prepared for the musher who will also receive a cash prize of $3,500 from Millennium Alaskan Hotel Anchorage.

"This event is a great way to showcase the excellent menu they've designed and to display their creativity as they prepare each of the five courses on camping stoves. He patiently waits until the first musher is spotted a couple of hours before his arrival in Ruby, and then it's time to start cooking!
