BROOKLYN, OH (WOIO) -

An investigation is underway after a suspected murder-suicide in Brooklyn.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has identified the couple involved as Candice Incorvia, 31, Michael Incorvia, 29.

Officers were called to the Summer Lane home late Thursday night after the victim's 12-year-old daughter heard shots fired in the basement.

"I heard gunshots so I just ran out the side window," said the girl to the dispatcher.

When police arrived, they discovered the couple's bodies.

Cops have been called to their address four times prior for domestic issues between the couple -- three of the times was when Michael was intoxicated and throwing things.

And most recently, ten days ago when Candice wouldn't let Michael in their house.

From the outside though, neighbors say, everything seemed fine.

"It's shocking to hear a neighbor do something like that," said Rosemary Sly.

The daughter was unharmed. Police say Candice also leaves behind a teenage son.

Police aren't yet saying who was the shooter.
