Missing ETX woman located less than 24 hours after alert issued

LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) - An East Texas woman that was reported missing by Longview Police less than 24 hours ago has been located.

Longview Police released the following statement Sunday evening:

Missing person has been located. Jennifer coup has been located. She is fine. She was out of town and didn't realize she was listed as a missing person. Thanks to everyone for doing their part in locating her.

Coupe's mother told police that Jennifer left her residence on February 13, 2014 and told her she would be back later. Saturday evening the Longview Police Department issued a statement saying that she was missing and asking for the publics help to find her.
