Tuesday's light snow means Cincinnati has set a new record for the number of days with accumulating snow since records began in 1870.

FOX19 Chief Meteorologist Steve Horstmeyer says the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport had 8/10 of inch of snow Tuesday. That's the 40th day of accumulating snow at the airport this season. The season goes from July 1 to June 30.

The first snowfall of this season was Nov. 12 when the airport had 7/10 of an inch.
