IN CLEVELAND: Driver hit-skips ambulance out on a call

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

An Cleveland ambulance is struck by a vehicle and the driver takes off.

Cleveland Police say on Saturday, March 29, at 3:30 p.m., emergency crews were treating a patient inside an ambulance at 9500 Cedar Road when the vehicle was hit by another car.

While there were no injuries related to the accident, the driver of the car did not stop.

The ambulance did not sustain major damage.

Cleveland Police are investigating the incident.
