THIS JUST IN: Cuyahoga County worker charged with rape

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

A Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority worker has been charged with rape.

According to CMHA the employee's name is Luis Sanchez.

Sanchez works in the IT Department, overseeing computers.

The charges stem from a case out of North Ridgeville.

Sanchez is currently on leave without pay while the case plays out.
