CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Cleveland Police are looking for both a possible victim and a suspect following a shooting Saturday night.

Detectives say that shots were fired during a house party at a residence located in the 9300 block of Pratt Ave., around 10:15 p.m., on April 5.

Officers and EMS were dispatched to the scene for reports of a man shot.

Upon arrival the victim fled the scene.

Witnesses state that the victim walked outside and was shot by an unknown gunman.

Cleveland Police say that the victim fled because he did not want to have contact with police due to outstanding warrants.

At this time the victim has not yet been located and may have a gunshot wound to his arm or hand.

Detectives say the victim's name is Shane Anderson, he is a 23-year-old black male.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Fourth District Detective Bureau at 216-623-5418.
