Investigators probe suspicious Cleveland car fires

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Cleveland's Fire Investigation Unit is probing a string of suspicious car fires.

Firefighters tell 19 Action News the first car fire sparked around 4:30 a.m. Monday in the area of West 117th and Linnet Avenue.

By 6 a.m., crews were called to two more fires in the same west side area.

Three cars were destroyed in the fires, which are believed to be intentionally set.

No one was injured.
