AKRON, OH (WOIO) -

An Akron woman has been arrested for trespassing at Summa Akron City Hospital.

Police on campus are worried about her behavior and the safety of pregnant women and newborns.

Reporter Scott Taylor received the police report from the hospital, which says Stephanie Beasley was warned twice in seven days to stay away. She didn't listen and came back.

On Thursday, Facebook lit up with bizarre claims of the 32-year-old Beasley's behavior at Summa. Beasley is now charged with criminal trespassing. Hospital police busted her March 18 after she had an encounter with police officers after she was warned numerous times not to be there unless she had an emergency or appointment.

Police told the prosecutor's office they were concerned about her behavior and the well-being of pregnant women and newborns at the hospital. Beasley has a 2013 theft conviction and one stipulation of that case, she has to stay out of trouble for two years. No plea yet on the new charge.

If convicted, she faces 30 days in jail and a $250 fine. A judge has ordered her to undergo a mental evaluation.

The officers indicated in their report they had concerns that she may pose a threat for abduction but there has been no outward attempt on a child.

Taylor reached out to Stephanie Beasley's attorney Friday, but no response so far.
