FOUND SAFE: Missing Adult Alert for Cleveland man with autism canceled

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

UPDATE: Mr. Lanham has been found safe by the Shelby Police Department. The Missing Adult Alert has been canceled. 

BACKGROUND: 

A Missing Adult Alert has been issued by the Cleveland Police Department for Cuyahoga County along with the following regions: Central & East Lakeshore, which includes the following counties: Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Huron, Lake, Lorain, and Medina.

On April 5, 2014 at 12 p.m., Vincent Lanham was last seen leaving his residence on foot.

The incident took place in Cuyahoga County on West 111th St. in Cleveland.

Lanham is a 20-year-old white male, 5'9", 130 lbs., with black hair, and hazel eyes.

Lanham is an individual with autism and may be in need of medication.
