CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy McGinty announced today that a grand jury has added five additional charges against Bedford Municipal Court Judge Harry J. Jacob.

The new charges are two felony charges, tampering with records and tampering with evidence, two misdemeanor charges of falsification, and one count of obstruction of justice.

They were issued along with an indictment against Jacob and Kenneth Schuman, who has been the city's Law Director and Prosecutor.

Jacob now faces 21 charges, and Schuman faces eight charges.

Today's charges are related to how Jacob handled a domestic violence case from 2012 where a man was accused of hitting a minor child.

Both were first indicted back in December of 2013 on charges involving public corruption and prostitution.

Jacob pleaded not guilty on all charges so far.
