Cleveland (WOIO) - The Browns may have their sights set on Johnny Manziel, but the team at the top of the draft is still thinking about keeping the Texas A&M star in-state.
The Houston Texans entertained Manziel on Monday, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. And Manziel wasn't the only top candidate in town. South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney was also in Houston, visiting the Texans.
Manziel doesn't appear to be a great fit for new Texans coach Bill O'Brien and his offense, but there is certainly pressure within the state to keep the 2012 Heisman Trophy winner home. The Texans have 17 more days to decide.
