Cleveland (WOIO) - The Indians have big plans for Danny Salazar, just as they have big plans for Carlos Carrasco, but 20 games in, they're still not getting big results. Tuesday, it was Salazar's turn, and his game remains the same: he either strikes 'em out, or gets hit hard, and the Royals hit him hard enough to build up a 5-1 lead, knock him out in just four and two-thirds innings, and cruise to an 8-2 win.
Mike Moustakas had the biggest blow, a 3-run home run off Salazar in the fourth, but Billy Butler and Jarrod Dyson also racked up RBI's against him, and Eric Hosmer drove in another run in the 7th to pad the cushion.
Michael Bourn had staked the Tribe to a 1-0 lead with an RBI single in the second.
