Crews investigating downtown fire as arson

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Authorities issued a county-wide search Tuesday morning for a male suspect in connection to an arson fire in downtown Cincinnati.

Crews responded to a three-alarm fire around 7 a.m. at the JS Gold & Coin building on 23 West Court Street. Authorities said a woman escaped the building on her own and fire crews rescued a man still inside. No injuries were reported.

Authorities said fire was extinguished by 8:15 a.m., however crews remain on scene to investigate. Fire officials said the incident is being considered suspicious.
