CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

First the mumps, now a measles outbreak in Ohio.
 
Health officials confirm there 21 cases in Knox, Richland and Wayne counties.

The disease was brought back by Amish who recently traveled to the Philippines.

Measles are a highly contagious respiratory illness.

The symptoms include fevers, coughs, rashes and pink eye.

There are immunization clinics in Medina and Stark counties.
