Cincinnati Pops to perform four Riverbend concerts

The Cincinnati Pops have four concerts at Riverbend this summer.

The concerts are:

8 p.m. June 7 with John Morris Russell conducting. The Pops present "Pops! Orchestral Spectacular" with pieces such as Tchaikovsky's "1812 Overture"

8 p.m. June 21 with Russell conducting. Multiple Grammy-award winner jazz trumpeter Chris Botti performs.

8 p.m. July 4 with David Charles Abell conducting. Celebrate Independence Day with "Red, White and Boom." String trio Time For Three and soprano Jacqueline Echols join the Pops for the concert.

8 p.m. July 19 with Russell conducting. The Pops present "Broadway Sing-Along" with vocalist Lisa Vroman, vocalist Darius DeHaas and the May Festival Summer Chorus performing.
