Search for man connected to 4 VA killings leads to NC

RICHMOND, Va. -

United States Marshals are looking for a man believed to be connected to a quadruple homicide in Petersburg, Va., who then traveled to Roanoke Rapids, N.C.

U.S. Marshals are looking for Alexander Rosevelt Hill, Jr. Hill is a person of interest in the deaths of four people, including a small child, in the early morning hours of April 19.

Police said Hill traveled to Roanoke Rapids by taxi just after midnight on April 20. Later that morning, Hill allegedly paid a man to drive him to the Amtrak Station in Rocky Mount.

Anyone that may have had contact with Hill in Roanoke Rapids or Rocky Mount is asked to call the U.S. Marshals at 1-877-WANTED-2 (1-877-926-8332).

A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest.
