A wanted Ohio fugitive has been captured across the country, thanks to numerous tips.

On Sept. 3, members of the U.S. Marshals arrested Randolph Valure in Watertown, SD. Valure was wanted by the Medina County Sheriff's Office, Wadsworth Police Department, Seville Police Department and U.S. Marshals Service. He was wanted for various counts of burglary, failure to appear, bond jumping, illegal assembly of chemicals to manufacture methamphetamines and failure to appear for non-support.

A warrant was issued for Valure when he failed to show up for his sentencing. He was on bond stemming from a conviction for rape, attempted abduction and burglary in 2012.

Members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force followed leads throughout Ohio, West Virginia and South Dakota, where he was ultimately captured by officers responding to an anonymous tip revealing Valure's location.

Eva Spath is still wanted by the Medina County Sheriff's Office and the Wadsworth Police Department for failure to appear and domestic violence. She was believed to be hiding Valure.

Spath is described as a 32-year-old white female standing approximately 5'3" tall and weighing 160 pounds. She has black hair and hazel eyes.
