Police make an arrest after Illegal fireworks are discovered during house fire

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

The Cleveland division of police bomb squad unit was called to respond to the area of 1902 W.74 in connection with assisting the Cleveland Fire Department.

This incident occurred on June 10 at 8:00 p.m.

Preliminary investigation reveals that fire responded to the location for a bedroom fire. While on scene of the fire, materials for making fireworks were discovered by firemen.

Potentially explosive materials were removed by the bomb squad.

A suspect has been arrested in connection with this incident.

The second district detective bureau will conduct the follow up investigation in connection with this incident.
