Berea, OH (WOIO) - The Cleveland Browns on Wednesday signed RB Terrance West. General Manager Ray Farmer made the announcement.

The Browns now have come to terms with three of their six 2014 draft selections.

He rushed for 4,849 yards on 802 carries (6.1 avg.) with 84 touchdowns, while adding 36 receptions for 385 yards and two scores. His 84 rushing touchdowns tied the FCS career record set by Adrian Peterson (Georgia Southern 1998-2001). West recorded 23 100-yard rushing games, including six 200-yard games.

In 2013, West set an FCS single-season record with 2,509 rushing yards, while leading Towson to the national championship game.
