Cleveland Cinemas' $1 family films series returns June 18

Cleveland Cinemas is happy to announce its $1 Family Films series, June 18 through July 23 at four of its locations.

The series will kick off with showings of the Disney classic Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.

"We're excited to offer our $1 Family Films this summer," said Ken Young, Cleveland Cinemas director of operations. "With tickets priced at just $1, parents can take advantage of this low-cost opportunity to take their children to the theatre to see these great family films."

Locations include:

- Apollo Theatre at 19 E. College St. in Oberlin

- Capitol Theatre at 1390 W. 65th St. in Cleveland

- Chagrin Cinemas at 8200 E. Washington St. in Chagrin Falls

- Shaker Square Cinemas at 13116 Shaker Square in Cleveland

Each film plays at all four locations on the following dates and times:

HONEY, I SHRUNK THE KIDS 

June 18 at 10 a.m.

HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON

June 25 at 10 a.m.

STUART LITTLE

July 2 at 10 a.m.

CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS 2

July 9 at 10 a.m.

THE NUT JOB

July 16 at 10 a.m.

THE LEGO MOVIE

July 23 at 10 a.m.

All seats for the films in this series are $1. Tickets will be on sale at the theatre box office only. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. One adult guardian is required for every 10 children.
