CLEVELAND, OH -

Parents and west side Cleveland neighborhood leaders met and demanded action from City Hall to improve safety at a park they consider too dangerous for little league baseball games.

Thrush Park recently had two shootings.

The West Denison Little League now plays all of its games at other fields.

Police say they've increased their presence, but residents living nearby and using the fields don't feel safe enough yet to have kids play there again.

At the neighborhood meeting, a sergeant took notes for a commander. The parents want to see what will be done next to improve safety around Thrush Park.

We'll be watching, too.
