STARK COUNTY, OH (WOIO) -

The flooding here in Stark County has left a big mess behind and caused chaos for many homeowners. We found one company working overtime to help cleanup.

Kathi Perez was chatting with the work crews who've been trying to restore some order to her home.

"They've been amazing. Amazing," said Perez.

The view inside tells the story, with the massive damage from the storms. Just about everything that was in the basement has been destroyed.

"We're hoping to save maybe one or two things. We were able to pull a computer out. But for the most part it's all gone," Perez said.

"This sewer was just gushing out of here. And then it filled out throughout the whole entire house and continues through the rest of the basement," said David Bradshaw, with Allen Keith Construction.

The workers from Allen Keith Construction have been busy. Major flooding hit Stark County this week leaving a trail of damage and closing streets. The worst appears to be over for Perez and she's just thankful she has help.

"And as you can see downstairs the work they're doing is unbelievable for the kind if damage that was done," Perez said.

The guys we spoke with from Allen Keith Construction told us they've worked on 36 homes and businesses but have more than 60 to go.
