Suspect arrested for selling fake heroin that proved fatal

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

The Cleveland Narcotics Unit tells 19 Action News that a suspect has been charged in connection with a heroin-related death.

Authorities say James Dolezal died after using a drug sold to him by Donlamar Baines.

According to court records, the drug deal gone wrong happened on June 16 on West 10th.

Baines has been charged with drug trafficking and is currently in police custody for selling the deadly drug known as fentanyl.
