Keselowski, who also won here in 2012, led a race-high 199 of the 267 laps.
Team Penske controlled the race. Keselowski's teammate Joey Logano led 37 laps and Kyle Busch, who finished second, led the other 31.
Ryan Newman finished third -- his first top-five finish of 2014 -- while Matt Kenseth and Dale Earnhardt Jr. rounded out the top five.
Denny Hamlin started fourth and was running third when he blew his right-front tire on the 29th lap and hit the wall, ending his night; he finished last (42nd). Kyle Larson, the front runner for rookie of the year honors, also suffered from a blown right-front tire and was knocked out of the race on Lap 75.
