(Akron, Ohio) June 29, 2014 - Akron’s Adam Abraham was 3-4, with a homer and six RBI Sunday afternoon, helping the RubberDucks to an 11-2 victory over the Harrisburg Senators at Canal Park.

Abraham was playing just his second of the season with the RubberDucks after joining the roster on Saturday from Triple- A Columbus. After a two-hit night on Saturday, Abraham finished with five hits in the series. He is appearing with Akron for the third straight season.

Abraham belted a three-run homer in the bottom of the eighth during a five-run rally that broke the game open in Akron’s favor. He also doubled in a run during Akron’s three-run first inning.

The RubberDucks will travel to Erie, PA on Monday to take on the SeaWolves, who are currently ranked fourth in the EL. The four-game series will kick off at 7:05 p.m. at Jerry Uht Park. Righty Will Roberts (7-8) will start for Akron, and righthander Nick Avila (0-3) will take the mound for Erie. The game will be broadcast on WARF 1350 AM and www.AkronRubberDucks.com.
